There were two amendments but I'm not sure what they were yet.
I'm just filled with rage right now. We just inspired any halfway smart person in the sciences (and arguably in any academic field) currently in Georgia to dust off their resume and look for work in states that aren't beholden to the American Taliban.
Congratulations, Senators. You just set science back 50 years in Georgia, and all because you think basic research makes Baby JEEEEEzus! cry. You make me ill. The Georgia "Christian" Alliance is forthwith invited to FOAD.
