Hallelujah

The U.S. Supreme Court just granted Troy Davis a stay of execution. While this is fantastic news, the Court will still decide on Monday whether to grant certiorari to hear Davis' appeal or deny it and cause the stay to automatically expire. If the latter happens, Georgia will be free to reschedule Davis' execution almost immediately.
Still, our prayers were at least temporarily answered. Davis gets six more days of life, and everyone who cares about this case gets six more days to try and convince the powers that be to stop the execution of a probably innocent man.

Hopefully, this will be reversed and Davis life will be spared.
