I'm committing
Though realistically I could support any of the Democratic candiates for President save the crazy ones (Kucinich and Gravel), I've long wavered as to who I think is actually the best choice and best hope for taking back the White House. In the last month, my feelings have finally started to crystallize. Today, I'm taking the step that puts me on firmly committed ground: I'm giving money.
And soon there will be a banner to indicate who I support so that there can be no claims that I'm pretending to be impartial or not revealing my candidate of choice.
Lest anyone try to talk me out of it, I will admit to a slightly dismal track record. Here's who I supported in the primaries since I was old enough to actually care about politics:
1992: Jerry Brown
1996: Clinton (obviously)
2000: Bill Bradley, and John McCain
2004: John Kerry
So, I might be dooming my candidate to certain failure but there's not much I can do about that. Time to get off the fence.

May your pattern remain intact!
Do you know anyone at Diebold who can help us rig a victory for Obama next year?
