Cool Music for a Cause

I stumbled across this story in the AJC about a benefit concert series starting this Thursday, May 3rd at Smith's Olde Bar here in Atlanta. For 10 days they will be having local Georgia bands perform the top 500 songs of all time as determined by Rolling Stone Magazine, which works out to about 50 songs a night. And all performances will benefit children's camps for children with disabilities, life-threatening illnesses, or who have other special needs and issues, such as Camp Sunshine. The shows will run nightly from May 3rd-12th and will cost $7 or $10.

I'm definitely going to try and find time to check it out before it's over.
