Super Bowl Party update

So far I think I have 17 RSVPs and I expect the actual number to be between 20 and 25 people who will be showing up. This is perfect, since my house can't accomodate more than 30 and even that would be a strech.

My final menu is:
Fat Matt's ribs-3 racks
Moe's & Joe's buffalo wings-100
Stuffed Grape Leaves
Tortilla Chips w/ homemade salsa, homemade guacamole, and some sort of cheese/chorizo dip thing
Vegetable Tray w/ mom's dill dip
Spinach and Artichoke Dip with pita crisps
Bacon-wrapped Scallops
Fruit kabobs
Brownies
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mom's Rum Cake
Beer assortment
Sangria
Soda/Water

It feels like it needs one more thing, but I can't figure out what it needs. Hopefully it will come to me. This menu will necessitate major shopping on Saturday and beginning the food prep that day as well. Hopefully I will not be too hungover from Friday night drinking club.

I also need to go buy some more folding chairs and/or floor pillows to ensure adequate seating arrangements. And probably some more serving pieces.

In addition to shopping and cooking, I need to clean the deck off and mow/rake the yard on Saturday or Sunday. And I want to get new walkway lights since one of my 3 is broken. Thankfully my cleaning lady will come Friday so there will be little to do in that regard.

If all goes according to plan, Sunday will be fairly smooth sailing, with mostly just picking up the food I'm buying elsewhere, cooking the food I will have assembled/prepared the day before, and then arranging everything in the 2 hours or so before folks arrive. Thankfully a friend has offered to help so that will make life easier.

Yes, I am crazy for planning this to the nth degree but that's just the way it is. I like my parties flawless, or at a minimum to have more than everyone could ever eat or drink and to make sure everyone is comfortable and has a good time. That's not too much to ask, right?

The cleanup is what sucks the most. I will probably have to leave that until I come home to the monstrosity on Monday night.
