The Day of Reckoning is upon me

Today I go to the dentist for the first time in over 8 years. Wish me luck. Hopefully there will be no drilling today, no painful procedures involving novocaine, and no bloodshed.

UPDATE: OMG, I feel like I am going to throw up. SO nervous! I hate the dentist. Why did I do this?
